She Who Remembers was born from my own story from the woman I once was, and the woman I’ve become.
I only wish I had what I’ve now created for myself and for you twenty years ago.
Back then, I was a passionate practitioner with a deep love for helping others, but behind the success, I often felt unseen, overwhelmed, and unsure how to bridge the gap between my purpose and prosperity. I had the heart, but I was missing the structure. I was devoted to service, yet disconnected from myself.
Then life introduced me to my greatest teacher my husband, an accountant who saw the world through logic and numbers, while I saw it through energy and intuition. Together, we built an accounting practice from the ground up merging heart and strategy, spirituality and structure. That fusion changed everything.
The lessons I learned during that time unlocked the truth about what it means to thrive not just in business, but in life. I began weaving ancient wisdom, the Chakra system, and energy medicine into my new understanding of business flow, which led to my first book: Your Ultimate Wellness Business Guide: What Frequency Is Your Business Vibrating At?
Through that work, I realised that so many women — practitioners, coaches, mentors, leaders — share the same struggle I once faced. They are brilliant at their craft, yet often feel unseen, underpaid, and overextended. They give everything, but forget to give back to themselves.

This place exists because I was a talented practitioner with a deep love for my work—but I struggled with the business side. I knew I needed support, but the question was: who could help me, and how? Then, 15 years ago, destiny intervened. I met my soulmate, an accountant who saw the world through numbers while I saw it through energy. We made a powerful pact: he would teach me the art of business, and I would guide him on a journey into spirituality.
Together, we forged a partnership that became more than personal—it was transformational. We built an accounting practice from the ground up, merging heart and strategy, spirituality and structure.
Today, my husband continues to run that practice, and the lessons I learned during this journey unlocked everything I needed to understand about thriving in business.
Inspired by this fusion of worlds, I wove the ancient wisdom of the Chakra system into my newfound business acumen. This led to my first book, Your Ultimate Wellness Business Guide: What Frequency Is Your Business Vibrating At?, published in 2018—a practical workbook designed to align purpose with prosperity.
But my journey didn’t stop there. I realized that most practitioners, therapists, mentors, coaches, and entrepreneurs—what I call wellnesspreneurs—face the same challenge I once did: they excel at their craft but struggle with business. This revelation became my life’s work.
